Very Good

The staff were very responsive. Concierge and Housekeeping staff were always helpful as was Reception Desk. Location is excellent especially if you intend to spend most time near Deira area and then you can goto City Center across the road and enjoy shopping also without as much stress on legs as you would get if shopping in large Dubai Mall.

The toilets did not have lock which seems strange in UAE. Especially for Families staying with teenagers or Siblings staying in a room etc.

I spent many trips in this hotel I noticed Bathroom area floor not good because locations of manholes in high level when the water fall on the ground there’s no flow in manholes direction ( no discharge) that’s give non-comfortable sense because of humidity in the rooms and because I’m consultant civil engineer my advice to study this situation in last time room 203

Loved the room space

Hi The hotel is nice but we were disappointed with towels. I understand we need to save water. 2 of us in the room and only 1 bath towel + 1 hand towel. No floor towel. We thought it was a mistake but this was throughout the 4 days.

Amazing with little comments

Location is great for us, very close to the airport, metro station and shopping centre (Deira city centre). I enjoyed our trip to memzar beach with their shuttle bus. Spacious and very cleaned room. Receptionists are very welcoming and always smiling and helpful. Regardless the breakfast issue, The hotel is amazing for me. Thanks to everyone. I do recommend Novotel for anyone. We will meet you soon.

When I arrived the room, No slippers, No cotton buds, No sewing kit. I asked for 2 pairs of slippers, they were very responsive and bring them to us very fast. But in our stay only one Shampoo and one showergel was placed in the room despite being 2 in the room. The breakfast was fairly good not as last year. Previous year was very rich and full of options. This year limited options are served mainly serves indian cuisine. The tea and coffee was warm not as hot as it should be and there is no further options either coffee or tea.

Because despite the room reservation from a month ago ,facilities and room were very weak. They refused to switch to the room,and offered to go to the smoking rooms.This unpleasant and unscrupulous behavior caused us to never go to the Novotel hotel after three staying at the hotel.And I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel.

Excellent location. Very close to the Metro station opposite Deira City Centre Mall. There is also a 24h Pharmacy and 24/7 super market.

We really had a good time in this hotel being our first visit the staff were very supportive

We requested the Hotel staff for touring DUBai and the staff organised everything for us. We also requested for Morning safari and the staff were able to organise a good tour operater for us. Their service were excellent

Very close to airport T3. Excellent location just opposite to Deira City Center. Property surrounded with a variety of good eateries. Thankful to room upkeep staff especially Ms. Analyn who always changed the sheets with a smile when kids messed up the room. Good Gym and Pool on the first floor. Enjoyed our stay.
